Do you need our help with configuration? No problem! We have some great standard setup options which work well for both your budget and performance goals.
ELECTRONIC IGNITION
Times have changed! We install hundreds of electronic ignition systems every year with pilots raving about their smooth feel, better fuel economy and more power. Our top seller every year has been E-Mag’s electronic magneto. Simple to install, setup and run. The self-generated system doesn’t need battery power, and the timing is self-adjusted using manifold pressure and RPM.
OUR ENGINES
Our Aero Sport Power Engines are custom built according to your specifications. Each engine we build, is meticulously inspected, and assembled by licenced technicians. We also keep complete records of your engine build so we can assist you with trouble shooting in the future.
The following services are included with each build package at no extra cost:
Static balancing of all reciprocation components to reduce vibration
Full visual, dimensional, and Non Destructive Testing of all engine component
Painting and customization based on customer preferences
A three-year parts and labor warranty (engine and accessories) specifically designed for Experimental Build projects, plus a one year grace period to allow for installation.
