AirCraft Maintenance Engineer
Progressive Air Group is a leading Canadian piston aircraft engine overhaul and performance shop.
As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (M1), you’ll perform hands-on work on Lycoming and Continental engines, from teardown through testing. Our AMEs take pride in craftsmanship, safety, and attention to detail — working in a skilled, collaborative engine-focused environment.
This role is ideal for AMEs who enjoy engine work, want to see the full picture, and value quality over volume.

Accounting Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Coordinator to serve as a key operational lead as we transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Reporting directly to the President, you will be responsible for the integrity of our financial operations, inventory accuracy, and systems management.
This position is specifically designed for a financial professional who has previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and wants to take ownership of process improvements in a paperless environment.
Beyond daily AP and AR responsibilities, we need someone with a "Continuous Quality Management" mindset, a commitment to getting it right the first time and preventing errors before they impact reporting. You will analyze data, prepare daily revenue and Gross Margin reports, and support the distribution department by investigating inventory variances immediately. If you are a problem solver who thinks outside the box and thrives on accuracy, this is your opportunity to impact a growing organization.
To qualify, you must have a degree or diploma in finance or business and at least 3 years of related accounting experience, preferably within the manufacturing or aviation industries. Strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to build templates and manipulate complicated formulas, is essential.
