  • We troubleshoot, repair and overhaul magnetos - Slick, Bendix, Lasar or Surefly. Our turn around time for a 500 hour inspection is just 2 business days, and a full overhaul is within a week. We also stock repaired serviceable Slick and Bendix units ready to ship to keep your downtime to a minimum. If you need assistance with troubleshooting an ignition problem, our technicians are only a phone call away.

  • We have a machine shop dedicated to the repair of Lycoming and Continental cylinders.

    Valve guide changes & boring the cylinder barrel, we do it all in-house to provide you with faster turnaround times and full technical support.

  • We have a full fuel system repair department and are an accredited repair facility for Precision Airmotive. We can repair and overhaul all fuel system components; from fuel pumps, flow dividers, servos and more.

    All components are tested to ensure that their operating parameters are within manufacturers specifications, so they are ready to install when you receive them.

    Lycoming and Continental systems are our areas of expertise. If you need a CMI full system setup, we have trained technicians and the latest equipment to get your aircraft engine running smoothly again.

Supplemental Type Certification’s & Performance Upgrades

We provide NorthPoint Aviation XP470 engine and carburetor upgrades, as well as STC’s to give you the most output for the capabilities of your engine. Do you need a 160HP upgrade on your Lycoming 320 or 360 engine?

We can work with you to get the proper STC’s to bump up the horsepower rating of your engine. from 150 to 160 HP on the Lycoming 320 and 360 engines, and we are also in partnership with NorthPoint Aviation to better provide you with upgrades to your Continental 470 engine. The power rating of an XP470 can be upgraded by 75 more HP!
